So, I've been taking Ativan 1mg for about a couple months now, and 1 mg ativan I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. I was prescribed it for anxiety, and honestly, it's been a real big help. The dosage my doctor started me on was just 1mg once a day before bed. I usually take itabout an hour before bed. It helps me to fall asleep faster. {H
